Plymouth Men Arrested for Forgery and Theft

Last month on Monday, May 28th the Plymouth Police Department received a report of the theft of personal checks. 

Some of these checks had been forged and used in the Plymouth and Bremen Pizza Hut Restaurants. 

Plymouth Police identified 26 year old Justin Felix of Conger Street as a subject using on of the forged checks.  Felix was arrested June 8th.  Further investigation into the case by Detective Leo Mangus of the Plymouth Police Department revealed that 26 year old Justin R. Lentz of Plymouth Goshen Trail has also used some of these forged checks.  On Friday, June 18th Lentz was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges of forgery, conspiracy to commit forgery and theft have been filed on both of the subjects.
