12/03/12 On Thursday, November 29th at 7:00 AM Officer Ray West with the Plymouth Police Department took a report from a female that had contacted the department about being hit by her boyfriend. The complaint was investigated and it was found that there was enough evidence to arrest 30 year old Kelton Washington of Plymouth. Washington was arrested on a domestic battery charge in the physical presence of a child. He was also charge with interference with reporting of a crime. Kelton was located at the 300 block of East Garro Street and was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $3,005 bond.
