08-29-11 On Friday, August 26th at 2:15 A.M. Officer Jordan Rans with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a routine traffic stop on Michigan Road north of Parkview Street. 19 year old Jorge L. Moreno of Richard Drive and 19 year old Kelsey L. Lakins of 1st Road in Bremen were found to be intoxicated. Jorge Moreno and Kelsey Lakins were taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with minor consuming with bonds set at $250 each.
