Larry France Arrested for Burglary

04/04/11 On Wednesday, March 30th at 5 a.m. the Plymouth Police Department received a report regarding a residential burglary and theft from a residence in the 700 block of Pearl Street.   The concerned citizen told the dispatch center that she had confronted a burglar inside the house.  The suspect then left on foot after dropping some items that he was attempting to steal.  After check in the home other items were discovered missing and had apparently been taken earlier.

During an investigation by Detective Sgt. Leo Mangus from the Plymouth Police Department located some of the stolen items at a residence in the 300 block of Conger Street in Plymouth.  Witnesses told city officers that Larry France was responsible for the items.

20 year old Larry France of the 700 block of West Adams was located at his residence on Friday, April 1st.  He admitted to the burglary and was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail with a cash bond at $10,000.
