Council on Aging and Lukenbills offer Presentation on Health Care Directives

June 28, 2011

06/29/11 Life and death do not fit into a one page legal form. Yes, there is a role for your Power of Attorney for Health Care and for your Living Will, but that is only half way up the mountain. The essential half is conversation: the conversation about what healthcare you and Mom and Dad want.

Marshall County Council on Aging and the law offices of Lukenbill & Lukenbill, LLP are working with the Indiana State Bar Association to see that Indiana residents learn more about and get healthcare directives (Living Wills, Health Care Representative Appointments) prepared free.

Please come join your friends, family, and neighbors at the Life Enrichment Center for a friendly informative presentation on health care directives. Those who wish may also sign up to have free health care directives prepared for them by local attorneys.  There will be two sessions on Thursday. June 30, 2011: 2:00 pm, for those looking for information on their own behalf or a loved one, or 6:00 pm, for working adults who may need information for their parents or other family members and friends.  Both sessions are open to anyone and free! Please call to reserve your seat!
