05/24/12 Earlier this month officers from the Undercover Narcotics Investigation Team with assistance from Marshall County Police, Indiana State Police and State Excise Police executed a search warrant a the Marathon Gas Station located near US 30 and Queen Road.
During the search multiple packages of synthetic marijuana were located and seized. The establishment was issued a citation from the Indiana Excise Police. No arrests were made, however a formal criminal case has been forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
