01/02/13 Monday morning, New Year’s Eve a female came to the Plymouth Police Department to report a case of domestic battery. Officer Ryan Richey spoke with the subject. He began an investigation at the police department and then it continued on to the residence at 520 North Michigan Street.
During the investigation Matthew C. Bowen of the Michigan Street address was arrested for Domestic Battery and Criminal Confinement. His bond was set at $5,005.
