County Police Investigation Leads to Arrest of Sean McNab

05/03/12 On Thursday, April 25th around 10:00pm,  Marshall County Police department received a call from a resident in the 15,000 block of Olive Trail who reported  an unknown person had gained entry into his box truck that was parked on his property by using a bolt cutter to cut open the lock.

Mr. Schillaci told Officer Les McFarland that some coins, silver and US currency were taken from the vehicle.  During the investigation the officer obtained information on a person of interest.  On April 26th Officer McFarland arrested Sean McNab for theft, a Class D felony.  He was booked into the Marshall County Jail with a $3,000.00 cash bond.  McNab is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court I on May 15th at 8:30am.
