With much heartfelt appreciation, family members of Arlis Eads wish to express sincere gratitude toward the many kind family and friends who offered continued support and comfort during the extended illness and death of our dearly beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and uncle. Your ongoing communication, frequent visits, thoughtful gestures, and consistent willingness to show concern for both Arlis and our family will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you for being generously mindful of his and our needs during these most recent challenging times. Arlis and we truly gained so much strength from your compassion and care.
Our many thanks go out to family and friends who allowed time from their busy lives to kindly provide gifts of personal visits, delicious food, colorful flowers, beautiful cards, and kind e-mails. We are thankful for donations provided to the Center for Hospice and Palliative Care of Marshall County. In addition, we thank those dear friends for their willingness to share fond memories of Arlis from his childhood through adulthood. We truly enjoyed these stories of celebration; they definitely brought much needed smiles to our faces. All genuine concern, embraces, and laughter allowed us to better endure these difficult times.
Special gratitude is extended for the excellent, loving care provided by Kitty Holland, Lori Osborne, Sue Stillson, and Ramona Lichtenbarger of the Marshall County Center for Hospice and Palliative Care. Also, thank you to Pastor Tom Padberg for his comforting words, wisdom, and spiritual guidance. Thank you to Dr. Jon Kubley, Dr. Byron Holm, and Dr. Josephine Randazzo for their medical guidance and care. In addition, we want to express a sincere thanks to Mickey Grover for her expert care taking, friendship, and prayers. Also, we are extremely touched by the timely generosity shown by Arlis and Dorothy’s high school classmates and Riverwalk neighbors. Their thoughtful presence and kind gestures will always be remembered. Finally, we want to acknowledge Randy Danielson and his staff with Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home. Their professional guidance, attention to detail, and caring support provided us with much comfort.
Arlis will live forever in our hearts and memories. We know he has found eternal peace and love. WE LOVE YOU!
