July 1, 2010

07/01/10

Michael Burman, artist of the sculpted forms currently on exhibit at inSPIRATIVE gallery, shows his heart and soul through his creative works and by his acts of kindess. Burman has generously donated one of his items (see photo) to be sold in a silent auction throughout the exhibit. Any interested buyers may visit the gallery Friday, June 11th for the opening night of Michael Burman’s exhibit or contact Angela Leed, the gallery director for more information. This silent auction will be available until the next show scheduled for the second Friday in July.

This is a great opportunity for a business or other local organization to support the arts and bid on a fine piece of art to showcase in the office or home. Feel free to contact the gallery to make an appointment if you are interested in possibly bidding. Currently, the bid is between $100 – $200.

Proceeds after the administration costs will be donated to Arts Council of Marshall County (ACMC).

Burman has created his work to inspire its viewers. He shares, “I hope they find insight, a bit of calm or a brief respite from the hectic and clamorous world they left behind to enter this place.”
