09/12/12 On Saturday, September 8th the Marshall County Police Department received information from Sussex County in Delaware that an inmate participating in their work release program had escaped and was possibly coming to an address in Marshall County. Through the diligence of the Marshall County Police Department’s dispatchers, Officers Jonathan Bryant, Larry Snyder and Kerry Brouyette were able to locate the subject, 25 year old Michael Christopher Derogatis of Milton, Delaware at a residence in the 11,000 block of Muckshaw Road.
Officers were able to take Derogatis into custody without incident. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail at 9:20 p.m. Saturday and held as a fugitive from justice with no bond.
