Thursday Evening Arrests by Plymouth Police

Thursday afternoon about 4 p.m. Officer Jessie Pippenger with the Plymouth Police Department served a warrant on 47 year old Benjamin Keilman.

Officer Pippenger observed a male subject crossing South Michigan Street at Lake Street just after 4 p.m.  The subject matched the description of Benjamin Keilman who had two active warrants out of Marshall County.   When the officer approached, Keilman gave a false name.  He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.  He was held on the warrants, one for failure to appear fines and costs at $189 and the second warrant for civil contempt in the amount of $4,400.  He was also held for false informing with a $1,000 cash bond.

Officer Derek Workman with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at Jefferson and Michigan Streets at 6:30 p.m. Thursday evening.  52 year old Mindy S. Heider of Plymouth was arrested and booked for possession of marijuana with a prior charge.  Her bond was set at $5,000 cash.
