Craft Arrested after Moped Crash

MugShot_Dylan CraftThe Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a call on Sunday evening, October 26th about a single vehicle, moped crash on 13th Road near Nataka Trail. The driver of the vehicle, Dylan S. Craft was injured.

When Marshall County Police officers arrived on the scene the subject appeared intoxicated and had alcoholic beverage containers in view by the crashed moped.

22 year old Dylan Craft of 20B Road in Argos was transported to the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center to tend to his injuries. Craft’s injuries were not severe and did not require admittance into the hospital.

After being treated and released he was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail and lodged for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person with a prior conviction within 5 years. The charge is a level 6 felony, and operating a vehicle with an BAC of 0.15% or more with prior within 5 years, a level 6 felony.
