10/15/13 On Saturday, October 12th at 6:15 a.m. Bourbon Police Officer Matthew Geiger conducted a traffic stop on Lincoln Highway West of Beech Road on a speeding vehicle. During the investigation of the traffic stop the driver identified as 25 year old Enrique Morales of North Manchester was Operating a Vehicle Without ever Receiving a License. Mr . Morales was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail for Operator Never Licensed charge and held on a $505 bond. He was later released that day after posting bond and received a Superior 2 Court Date for October 22nd to appear at 8:30 a.m.
