05/14/12 On Thursday, May 10th at 12:44a.m. Sergeant Joe Deisch of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Plum Street, just south of North Street. It was found that Stephanie N. Nifong 19, of Plymouth and two juvenile subjects in the vehicle were in possession of alcohol. Nifong was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for minor transporting of alcohol and was given a $250.00 cash bond. Nifong posted the cash bond on May 10th at 2:40am and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on May 29th at 8:30am. The juveniles were released to their parents.
