10/30/13 On Monday, October 28th at approximately 7:15 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Benjamin McIntyre initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan and Monroe Streets on a vehicle for improper headlights. During the investigation it was determined that the driver, 29 year old Diego P. Cervantes of Plymouth had never obtained a driver’s license. Mr. Cervantes was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Ever Receiving a License. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $255 cash bond. He was released later that evening after posting bond and given a Superior Court II date of November 19th to appear.
