07/26/13 Oliver Ford’s support for the community continues to shine brightly as they conducted two check presentations on Thursday.
Last week’s Car-B-Q at Oliver Ford raised a total of $2,205 for the Boys and Girls Club of Marshall County. On Thursday Dave Hamann was on hand because he won tickets to the NASCAR race at Bristol. Also at the check presentation ceremony was Jennifer Houin and Jack Oliver from Oliver Ford. John Montgomery from the Coffee Lodge and Bakery donated the company’s earnings from the day as he sold coffees and smoothies to those gathered. McKenna Howard accepted the check for the Boys & Girls Club as Club Director Billie Treber looked on. John Oliver III and Jeff Rice who coordinates the event for Oliver Ford were there for the festivities.
John Oliver from Oliver Ford presented a check for $5,780 Plymouth Ban Director Bryan Ames on Thursday as part of Ford Motor Company’s Drive One 4UR School campaign. Also at the check presentation from Oliver Ford was Justin Murray, Drew Westafer and Jennifer Houin. Yvonne Fox representation the Plymouth Band Boosters was on hand along with Larry Plummer and Jamie Greenlee from Oliver Ford, Plymouth Community School Superintendent Dan Tyree and Happy Jack Oliver.
