05/30/13 On Tuesday, May 28th at 5:55 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a female shoplifter. Arriving at the store 21 year old, Peggy A. Minnoch of Plymouth was taken into custody for theft. Minnoch was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,500 bond. She was able to bond out at 10:35 p.m. the same day.
