Buckingham Arrestes at Probation Dept. for Forgery of Perscription

   04/24/12 On Saturday, April 14th the Plymouth Police Department received a report from People’s Drug Store located at 301 North Michigan Street regarding a forged prescription that had been used to obtain a controlled substance on Friday, April 13th in their store. The purchaser was identified as Stephan Buckingham 26, of Knox.

The Doctor associated with this prescription had been contacted and stated that this blank prescription had been stolen from his office in Knox and had been forged.

Mr. Buckingham is on probation for armed robbery of a drug store in Knox.

Detective Sergeant Leo Mangus met with Buckingham at his appointment with his Probation Officer, and after the interview was conducted Buckingham was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was charged with Forgery with no bond set at this time. A scheduled court appearance for Buckingham will be on May 15th at 8:30am in Marshall County Superior Court #1.
