PHS Riley Dance Marathon this Saturday

January 14, 2015

RileyDanceMarathon_LogoThe 4th annual PHS Dance Marathon to benefit Riley Hospital for Children will take place this Saturday right here in the Plymouth High School cafeteria starting at noon! Hundreds of PHS students will stay on their feet for as long as they can to raise money for all the kids who physically cannot.

As a mini-marathon under Ball State University, the money raised will help fund the Magic Castle Cart program at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis as well as their new Palliative Care Center which assists families and patients who won’t be coming home.

This year’s event will conclude down the hall from the cafeteria on Saturday at half time during the Boy’s Varsity Basketball matchup against Concord. PHS Dance Marathon students will perform a special halftime dance close to 8:30p.m. and reveal the amount of their fundraising efforts.

In three years, students of PHS, the staff, and the community has donated a little over $55,000 to Riley Hospital for Children.

PHS students are asking the community to please help them again in our efforts to show the kids at Riley Hospital #PCSCweCARE!

Monetary donations can be made in person, at the event, by mail, or online at our FirstGiving page.

Last year, PHS Dance Marathon raised over $25,000 for the kids at Riley Hospital for Children! Help them make this the biggest year yet by making a donation today.
