02/16/12 On Saturday, February 11that11:13pm, Ryan Richey of the Plymouth Police Department responded to the Country Place Apartments located 1420 Madison Street when a call was received that there was a possible fight in progress by the dumpster. Police arrived on the scene and located 19 year old Chance T. Martin and 19 year old Matthew V. Obrien both of Plymouth. They were both placed under arrest for Illegal Consumption of Alcohol and Public Intoxication. Martin was given a $1,000.00 cash bond, and Obrien was given a $500.00 cash bond. Both Obrien and Martin are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on February 28th at 8:30am.
