Plymouth Speedway Opens Season Saturday, Practice Set for Friday

  04/27/13 Engines will fire Saturday night for first dirt track race of the season at Plymouth Speedway!

Open test and tune for this event has been set for Friday from 6 p.m. until dusk.  Gates will open at 4 p.m. and general admission is FREE.  Drivers are urged to fill out registration forms Friday night and those drivers under the age of 18 are required to sign a parental consent, release and waiver.  Pit passes are $20.

Plymouth Mayor Mark Senter will help cut the ribbon to help celebrate the grand opening of the season at the fastest dirt track in Northern Indiana Saturday night in a pre-race ceremony. 

Gates open Saturday at 3 p.m., hot laps are at 5 p.m. and cars will hit the track at 7 p.m. ET. 

Modifieds, Super Stocks, Thunder Stocks, USAC 600 non-wing Sprints and USAC 600 restricted wing Sprints will be running circuits around the track Saturday night and provide the best racing entertainment in the area.
