10/15/13 On Saturday, October 12th at approximately 12:55 a.m. Plymouth Police Officer Gary Cleveland responded to 516 Pennsylvania Avenue in reference to a domestic fight. Arriving to at the location Officer Cleveland located 31 year old Andrea Feldman who has no known address. The lessee of the apartment John Moore stated that he and Feldman began to argue and he shut the door to keep her out at which point she broke the window in attempt to gain entry. During the investigation it was determined that Feldman was intoxicated and was taken into custody for Public Intoxication. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $505 bond and was later released on Monday, October 14th for No Judicial Review.
