Arrests by City Officers

    03/22/12 On Friday March 16th at approximately 12:13pm, Officer DeLee of the Plymouth Police department initiated a traffic stop for a vehicle that was traveling at excessive speeds at the intersection of Michigan Street and Jackson Heights.  During the traffic stop the driver, 20 year old Jared DeLee of LaPorte provided false identification.  Once arrested it was also found that DeLee had never been issued a license.  DeLee was help on a $750.00 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on April 17th at 8:30am.

On Saturday March 17th around 1:00am, Plymouth Police Officer Jordan Rans initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of West Madison Street and Broadway.  Further investigation revealed the driver; 27 year old Neman R. Euler of Plymouth had a suspended license.  Euler was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held a $750.00 cash bond.  He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court II on April 17th at 8:30am.

On Monday, March 19th at 5:54pm, Plymouth Officer Jessie Pippenger was dispatched to Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive in reference to two shoplifters.  Terri D. Nuhring 38, of Lynnville and Markes G. Straw 29, of Plymouth were taken into custody and transported into Marshall County Jail where they were both help on $1,000.00 cash bonds.  They pair are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court I on April 17th at 8:30am.
