01/19/12  On Thursday, January 12th at 7:24 p.m.,  K-9 Officer John Weir of the Plymouth Police Department initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Pioneer Drive and Lincolnway West.  During the investigation Weir searched the vehicle and found drug paraphernalia.  Christopher Fields 37, of Winamac and Joshua Ramirez 22, of Walkerton were both found to have warrants and were taken into custody at that time.  Ramirez had a cash bond set of $202.00.   Fields was held with no bond, to be transported to Pulaski County where the warrants were issued.

On Saturday January 14th at approximately 4:20 p.m., Corporal Bridget Hite of the Plymouth Police Department responded to Wal-Mart when she received a call on a female shoplifter.  Upon arrival it was found that Alberta Zimmer 65, of Plymouth had attempted to remove several items from the store.  She was placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was given a $1000.00 cash bond, which was paid on the same date at 8:40pm.  Zimmer is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on February 21st at 8:30am.

On Saturday January 14th around 6:30 p.m., Officer Pippenger of the Plymouth Police Department responded to K-mart in reference to a shoplifter.  Upon arriving it was found that Brandon A. Patrick 20, of Plymouth had attempted to remove items from the store.  Patrick was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $1000.00 cash bond.  He is scheduled to appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on February 14th at 8:30am.
