11/30/11 On Friday, November 25th at 12:29am, Officer Jordan Rans of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan Street and Dickson Street.  It was found that the driver, Abraham R. Arenas-Rodriguez 46, of South Bend was driving the vehicle without a license.  He was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail.  Mr. Arenas-Rodriguez was given a $250.00 cash bond.  He was released on November 29th at 12:45am with no judicial review.  A scheduled court date was given to Mr. Arenas-Rodriguez on December 13th at 8:30am in Marshall County Superior Court #2.

Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer made an arrest a few minutes later on Friday, November 25th at 12:47am at Wal-Mart.  Brenda J. Patrick, 52 of Hamlet was arrested for criminal trespass.  Patrick was transported to the County Jail where she was booked in with a $750.00 cash bond for the charge of trespassing after being denied entrance.  Patrick’s bond was paid on November 25th at 4:30am. Brenda is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 13th at 8:30am.

On Friday, November 25th at 10:39pm, Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper arrested Brant Birtwhistle 23, of Bremen for wreckless driving in the area of US 30 westbound between Plymouth Goshen Trail and North Oak Road.  Birtwhistle was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $500.00 cash bond, which was paid on November 26th at 1:40am.  Birtwhistle is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 13th at 8:30am.

On Saturday, November 26th around 2:45am Officer Jordan Rans conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of First Street and Madison Street.  In the vehicle it was found that Jacqueline k. Poull 19, of Plymouth and Kayla L. Hurford 18, of Plymouth were intoxicated.  Both females were transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Illegal Consumption of Alcohol with a $250.00 cash bond.  Hurford was released on November 27th at 10:25am after her cash bond was paid and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 13th at 8:30am.  Poull was also released on November 27th at 8:30pm also with her cash bond paid.  Poull is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on November 29th at 8:30am.

In the early morning of Sunday, November 27th at 3:11am Officer Stamper arrested Robert D. Smith 52, of Grovertown after a traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of North Center Street and West Jefferson Street.  Mr. Smith was found to be intoxicated, and was transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated.  Smith posted a $1000.00 cash bond at 12:00pm on the same date.  He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 6th at 8:30am.
