City Police Arrest 4 Early Saturday Morning

10/11/11   On Saturday, October 8th at 1:27a.m. Sergeant Joe Deisch of the Plymouth Police Department made a routine traffic-stop at the intersection of Michigan and 7B Roads.  During his investigation it was found that the driver, Carlos R. Matute 31, of Plymouth was Operating the Vehicle While Intoxicated.  Matute was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on a $1000.00 cash bond, which was paid on the same date at 10:40 a.m.  He has a scheduled appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on October 25th

Again early Saturday morning at 2:11 a.m. Officer Paul Stamper stopped a Silver Chrysler at the intersection of West Jefferson and North Walnut Streets with three male subjects.  Mitchell A. Glassburn 22, of Plymouth was the driver of the vehicle and was arrested Operating a vehicle with a Scheduled I or II Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Legend Drug.  Glassburn’s  bond was set at $,1000.00 and was paid on the same date at 11:30 a.m.   

A passenger in the vehicle, Ryne D. England 19, of Plymouth was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Illegal Consumption of Alcohol.  England has a $1,000.00 cash bond for his release. 

Derrick S. Collins 18, of Plymouth another passenger in the vehicle was arrested for minor consumption, with a $500.00 cash bond, that was paid on October 8th at 9:45 p.m. 

All three were transported to Marshall County Jail, and scheduled to  appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on October 18th.
