Friday arrests by City Police

 12/26/12  On Friday, December 21st  at 2:50 PM, Officer Steve DeLee with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the Marshall County Probation Department after being dispatched for a client who might be in possession.  28 year old, David Skaggs of Nappanee was found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana and paraphernalia.  Mr. Skaggs was taken into custody for possession of synthetic marijuana and was transported to the Marshall County Jail.  After being held for 48 hours was released on no judicial review.

At 4:04 PM Friday Officer Neil Young responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart after receiving a report of  a  theft.   Arriving at Wal-Mart,  48 year old, Myfanwy  Schuller of Walkerton was arrested for theft and transported to the County Jail where he was held on a $1,505 bond.

Later Friday evening at 6:13 PM, Officer Gary Cleveland conducted a traffic stop for a traffic infraction at South Michigan Street and Lake Avenue.   53 year old, Michael Favorite of Plymouth was arrested for operating while intoxicated and transported to the Jail.   He was booked in on a $1,505 bond.
