07/18/12 On Saturday, July 11th the Plymouth Police Department received information regarding a wanted fugitive who was in Plymouth. 24 year old Travis W. Owens was wanted in reference to a warrant in Marshall County and he was also wanted for escape from work release in Pulaski County.
Travis Owens was located by Plymouth Police at a residence in the 900 block of South Michigan Street and taken into custody on July 12th. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for the failure to appear for fines and costs for $389.00. Owen was release on the misdemeanor charge on his own recognizance and was later transported out of Marshall County to Pulaski County for the escape charge.
