Plymouth Police Report

12/29/11 On Friday, December 23rd at 6:25 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer of the Plymouth Police department arrested Katie McDaniel at her residence on Broadway Street on a Marshall County warrant for failure to appear on costs and fines of $99.00.  She is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on December 27th at 8:30am. 

Plymouth Police Officers responded to a residence on Pennsylvania Avenue on December 23rd at 10:11pm when a call was received about an unknown male subject that had entered the residence without permission.  Upon arrival Officer Cleveland located Mason Sterns 35, of Plymouth.  Sterns was found to be intoxicated and in possession of marijuana, and other controlled substances.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1000.00 cash bond, which was paid on December 24th at 8:30pm.  Sterns is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on January 3rd at 8:30am. 

On December 24th around 12:29am, Officer Stamper of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of West Madison Street and North Michigan Street.  It was found that the driver Jorge T. Terrones was driving on a suspended license.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1500.00 cash bond, which was paid on December 24th at 2:35pm.  Terrones is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on January 10th at 8:30am. 

Later in the afternoon on December 24th around 3:39pm Officer Shanna Gilmer responded to an accident on Lake Street and 7th Street.  During the investigation it was found that the driver Derek M. Pinkowski 19, of Plymouth struck a parked car with his vehicle.   Pinkowski was found to be intoxicated, in possession of marijuana.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on five charges.   Possession of Marijuana, Operating a vehicle while intoxicated while endangering a person under 18, Operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, Operating a Vehicle while intoxicated,  and Illegal Consumption of alcohol.    Pinkowski posted a $1000.00 cash bond on December 25th at 12:30am, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on January 3rd at 8:30am.
