M.C. Reading Council’s Books for Babies Program

February 18, 2013

02/19/13 During the month of February, the Marshall County Reading Council has partnered with City News and Books in Plymouth to promote the Reading Council’s Books for Babies Program.

Customers who purchase a board book for the program will have their name put into a drawing for a $25 gift certificate to be used in the bookstore.  The Books for Babies program donates 2 baby board books in an attractive book-bag to each new baby born in Marshall County.  This program promotes early literacy and reading skills in small children.
