02/22/12 The LifePlex recently announced the hiring of a new Physical Therapist at LifePlex Rehabilitation.
Hazel Trinidad is a new Physical Therapist with LifePlex Rehabilitation. Hazel comes with over 7 years of experience and knowledge. The staff at the Rehabilitation office is excited to have her join their team, and look forward to her serving their patients.
The winner of their recent Valentine’s Day contest was Manuel Guerrero. LifePlex Rehabilitation recently ran a contest for all their patients who were able to attend ALL of their scheduled appointments for rehabilitation from January 14th, through February 14th!
