03/10/11 Marshall County Democratic Party Chairman Larry Balmer announced Wednesday his plans to resign. Balmer’s resignation will be effective on April 1st. He says he plans to devote more of his time to his family and veterans issues.
Michelle Livinghouse, who is the current Vice-Chair will be in charge after the April 1st date until the party holds a meeting to vote in a new Chairman.
