11/02/12 On Thursday, November 1st at 4:02 AM Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper responded to 610 West Adams Street after receiving a complaint of an intoxicated male subject and possible drug activity. Upon arriving at the location contact was made with 21 year old Zachary A. Graham. During the investigation of the complaint Mr. Graham resisted officers. He was taken into custody for resisting law enforcement and was transported to the Marshall County Jail on a $2,005 bond.
