Monday afternoon Plymouth Police Officer Ray West was dispatched to the Marshall County Court House after court security called in reference to a male subject they had detained with an active warrant.
26 year old Richard J. Hopkins of Plymouth was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Hopkins was charged with obstruction of justice by altering, damaging, or removal and held on a $3,005 cash bond.
