3 Arressted for Unlawful Possession of Syringe

On the afternoon of Friday, May 23 at approximately 1:00 P.M. a search warrant was executed regarding a theft investigation at a residence in the 700 block of Mansfield Street in Plymouth.  As a result of this warrant, stolen property was located along with suspected Methamphetamine, Heroin and other drug paraphernalia.

Plymouth Officer’s located and arrested 39 year old Robert S. Milton who resided at the residence on charges of theft, unlawful possession of syringe and held him on a $5,005 bond.

36 year old Wendy A. Milton of the residence was arrested for possession of meth and paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a syringe and

34 year old Jerry L. Smalley of Plymouth was arrested for unlawful possession of a syringe and held on a $2,505 bond. All three subjects were transported and lodged at the Marshall County Jail.

The three subjects listed above were subsequently arrested with formal charges pending review by the Prosecutor.


Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.  They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
