06/04/12 On Sunday, May 27th a juvenile and her parents came to the Plymouth Police Department to report that the female juvenile child had been inappropriately touched. An investigation was done which led to the arrest of Roberto Rosas 38, of Plymouth. Mr. Rosa was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Child molesting fondling or touching a child less than 14 years of age. Rosas has no bond set at this time. A court date has not been released.
