10/07/11 On Wednesday October 5th at around 5:13pm, Plymouth Police Officer Cleveland responded to Rock – On 109, located at 109 North Michigan Street in reference to a theft of a watch. The male suspect was identified as Eddie Smith 60, of Plymouth. He was caught a short time later and the watch recovered from his girlfriend. Smith was taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for theft, a Class D Felony. A $1000.00 cash bond was placed for Smith’s release. A scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #1 will be on November 1st at 8:30am.
