04/19/13 A single vehicle accident at 3:10 p.m. on Kenilworth just north of 17th Road on the southwest side of Argos sent three teens to the hospital.
County police have not released details but a soft top jeep was northbound on Kenilworth Road when it hydroplaned on rain water on the roadway and went off the right side rolling over several times in a yard.
Emergency responders wanted a helicopter to transfer Courtney DeMont to Memorial Hospital but due to the weather they couldn’t. She was transferred by ambulance. Courtney was severely injured in the crash. Sean Mullaney was transferred to Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth and later moved to Memorial Hospital in South Bend where family members say he is in ICU. The third person in jeep, Mariah Linebury was treated and released from the Plymouth Hospital.
