Goshen Man Arrested for Cocaine

  10/14/13  On Monday, October 7th at approximately 11:30 p.m. an  officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on US 31 near the intersection of 11th Road.  The traffic stop was for an expired temporary license plate.  During the investigation, the driver, 40 year old  Miguel A. Sanchez of Goshen  was found to be in possession of a substance believed to be cocaine.  Mr. Sanchez was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for charges of possession of a controlled substance over 3 grams.   Sanchez held on a $10,000 cash bond. He was released on Friday, October 11th at 4:25 a.m. after posting bond.
