Scott Lewis Arrested for Meth

Meth_ArrestA traffic stop at 5th and Jefferson Streets Wednesday afternoon resulted in the arrest of an Argos man for Meth.

About 1 o’clock Plymouth Police Officer John Weir stopped 35 year old Scott A. Lewis for a false license plate. After making contact with Lewis it was discovered he was driving on a suspended license. Officer Weir walked his K9 partner Jax around the vehicle and he indicated the presence of narcotics. A search of Mr. Lewis revealed five plastic baggies of suspected methamphetamines.

Scott Lewis was taken into custody and lodged in the County Jail with no bond for dealing methamphetamine and possession of meth.
