Shoplifting Arrests at Wal-Mart

ShopliftingDuring the holiday season shoplifting is more prevalent than ever.

On Friday, December 19th Plymouth Police Officer Matthew Emenhiser was dispatched to Wal-Mart for a female shoplifter in custody.  20 year old Diana Turner of Plymouth was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for theft.

About 11:30 Friday evening Officer Stuart Krynock was dispatched to Wal-Mart in reference to a complaint.  31 year old Adela M. Romero of Bourbon was arrested after the officer spoke with asset protection managers.

Saturday morning at 12:23 city officers were sent back to Wal-Mart for 19 year old Damon A Ritchie of Knox who was arrested for theft.

All were transported to the county jail and held on cash bonds.

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
