12/31/12 Loss Prevention at Wal-Mart continues to capture individuals shoplifting from the Plymouth store. Friday evening about 5:15 Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer was dispatched to Wal-Mart in reference to 22 year old Victoria B Powell of Knox who had been detained. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for theft with a $3,005 cash bond.
