10/10/12 On Monday, October 8th at 4:28 PM Plymouth Police Officer Gary Cleveland responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to two shoplifters that had been detained by their loss prevention employees.
Arriving at Wal-Mart, Officer Cleveland arrested 26 year old Thomas Slattery of Lacrosse, Indiana for theft. He was later found to be in possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Slattery’s bond was set at $1,505 cash. Also arrested was 32 year old Jennifer Morales of Homewood, Illinois for theft. She was given a $4,505 bond. Both subjects was transported to the Marshall County Jail and are scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on Tuesday, October 16th.
