Bremen Man Arrested for Theft in Tyner

12/30/11 On Wednesday, December 28th around 9:30 a.m. a resident on Main Street in Tyner reported to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department that an unknown person had allegedly stolen several pieces of jewelry and collectible coin from her residence.

Deputy Les McFarland conducted the investigation and determined that Troy Jay Siple 20, of Bremen was a person of interest.  After speaking with Siple, Officer McFarland placed him under arrest and transported him to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for the alleged theft. His bond was set at $1000.00 cash.

A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office to be reviewed and for formal charges being filed.  Siple is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on January 24th at 8:30am.
