05/29/13 On Friday, May 24th at approximately 2:38 PM, Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Ryan Hollopeter was contacted in regards to a burglary that occurred at a lot in the Creek Side Trailer Park just south of LaPaz. Arriving at the location an extensive investigation was conducted throughout the afternoon and late into the evening. At approximately 11:44 PM 32 year old, James N. Spiegal of Plymouth was arrested for burglary entering a dwelling as a class B felony and theft as a class D felony. Spiegal was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $5,000 bond.
