June 29, 2015

Starke County Jail newStarke County Sheriff, William A. Dulin announced Monday evening the availability of onsite video visits at the new jail.

All visits must be scheduled 24 hours in advance with times available to be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 am until 2 pm. To register for visits go to WWW.JAILATM.COM.  Once you have registered and selected the time of your visit bring your driver’s license 15 minutes prior to your visit time to check in at the jail window and note that all visits are recorded.

Inmates in the new Starke County Jail now have the ability to email friends and family through a secure email server within the visitation system. All emails are text only, no images are allowed. Emails are saved permanently and officers are able to review all messages in real time and cost 50 cents each. An inmate can pay for the email from their commissary account or request the receiving party pay for the email through www.jailatm.com via credit card.

Starke County Sheriff, William Dulin said, “This service will reduce the amount of possible contraband that is sent to the facility though the U.S. Mail.”   The Starke County Jail will still accept and process mail on a daily basis.

All these options are accessible through www.JAILATM.com
