09/30/13 At 8:35 p.m. Officer Joe Deisch conducted a traffic stop on Jefferson Street west of Oak Drive.
During the investigation is was discovered that 33 year old Stephanie R. Willis of Plymouth had two active warrants for Failure to Appear, Probation Violation and Possession of a Syringe. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $3,005 bond.
