03/19/12 The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a call of a domestic violence complaint on February 5th. The incident was alleged to have happened in the 10,000 block of Nutmeg Meadows. The victim can to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department after the call to report the incident in person.
It was reported to the officer that on the evening of February 4th the accused, Siamuel Stemen of Plymouth battered the victim outside the residence in the 10,000 block of Nutmeg Meadows.
On Wednesday, March 14th Stemen showed up at the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and was arrested for Domestic Battery as a class A misdemeanor and Strangulation as a class D felony.
