09/27/13 Victoria Styers, a freshman from Plymouth, is one of four new Culver Academies students to receive the Duchossois Family Scholarship.
The Duchossois Family Scholars Program supports up to 16 outstanding students at the Culver Academies. The scholarship is renewable annually. Recipients must excel academically, as student leaders, and in extracurricular activities during their Culver career. The scholars program is endowed by Craig Duchossois, a 1962 graduate, and Janet Duchossois of Chicago and the Duchossois Family Foundation.
Potential recipients of the scholarship are incoming freshmen or sophomores and live in the states of Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Kansas.
Victoria Styers is the daughter of Mark and Susan Styers of Plymouth.
